After decades at the top of the U.S. healthcare system, I felt a deeper calling—not to do more but to go further. I wanted to return to my roots, to discover ways to challenge how we think about wellness, and explore the timeless secrets of vitality revealed by science and whispered across generations through ancestral wisdom, and the resilience of the human spirit.
