I eat mostly whole, plant-based foods and follow a Mediterranean-style diet I try to eat healthy but occasionally fall back on processed or fast food I eat whatever is convenient and rarely plan meals around nutrition None Movement: How active are you throughout the day? I move regularly—walking, stretching, or exercising most days I exercise a few times a week but sit for long periods I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle with little physical activity None Relationships: How strong and supportive are your personal relationships? I’m deeply connected with family and friends and see them often I have a few meaningful relationships, but I don’t always make time to nurture them I often feel isolated or disconnected from others None Stress Management: How do you handle stress?
